Hello Jeff, I remember when you used to post a long time ago in the living foods board. with so much veggies in your diet, do the antinutrients concern you, such as those that inhibit iron and zinc absorption? i'm sure there are others, since plants don't want to be eaten right? less so than fruits anyway. i have read that vitamin c can mitigate inhibitory aspects of veggies though...
