I usually make a meal a day out of steamed and rare vegetables. I don't much like salad. I do about one a week, but I like vegetables that I can eat as finger food: carrots, celery, kale, radishes, peppers, etc. I love the taste of vegetables without adding dressing. I occasionally add soy sauce to steamed vegetables and herbs to my soups and raw vegetables. I thought it impossible to eat that many servings of vegetables until I discovered an Asian market near my home. Farmer markets are great, but New England weather prevents them from having local produce year round. See you a Boston Vegetarian Food Festival.
