I usually eat 2 HUGE salads a day (you can see pictures at my website in my blog under "Shock and Awe"), and lots of steamed veggies.
----------------------------------- I used a google site specific search ( I didn't see a search box on your blog ) but the url it retrieved is no longer valid for your site. I would love to see that picture.....just to see if it is something I could do
