This sounds like a highly processed concoction.
As there are 45 calories per serving of fat and 140 calories per serving this means each serving contains 32% fat in terms of calories.

Why not just grab a piece of fruit? Fruit comes in a nice colourful package in its natural state, is delicious, is generally cheap and there are many types of fruit to choose from.
