Jeff,

A friend recently brought me a bag of Bean Cuisine Louisiana Cajun Bean Soup. It is a mixture of thirteen kinds of dried beans with peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Here are the Nutrition Facts (mix):
Calories: 90
Total Fat: 0
Cholesterol: 0
Sodium: 0
Total Carboydrates: 17
Dietary Fiber: 4
Sugars: 0
Protein: 6
Ingredient List: Beans, red bell pepper, tomato, garlic, spices, and paprika

It has a recipe over to the side that uses oil, ham, salt...but we just ignored it and added one onion, 1/2 c sweet bell pepper, and 3 ribs of celery. It is delicious.

They have some other kinds as well that also have no sodium. We did not add any salt and it is DELICIOUS!

Have you heard of this? What do you think?

Thanks,
Bethany
