Hi Jean I compare both at equal calories and according the USDA SR 19 database, there is little difference between the two. So, enjoy them. When I buy fresh broccoli, I love to steam the florets. I also take the stalks, peel off the tougher outer skin with a 'carrot' peeler, remove the very tough bottom of the stalk,, and then slice the rest of the stalk. These make great "chips" raw to dip or snack on, and also are great in vegetable soups or any of my veggie stews or "un"stir frys. Enjoy In Health Jeff
