Most all the programs are based on the USDA SR 19 Database. The differences are in how many foods of the database they use and if they include all nutrients or not and if they round off numbers or not. I like CRON-O-Meter cause it is more flexible and has most all nutrients in it. It dosnt have an exercise component yet. I like Fitday because it is on the web so it is always there but it doesn't have as many nutrients in the analysis. It has an exercise componet and tracking. I use it with clients as a tool we both access to evaluate their lifestyle. Both will work. In Health Jeff
