When you buy those eggs touted to contain omega-3s because the hens were fed flaxseed, are the omega-3s in the entire egg, or only in the yolk along with the fat, cholesterol, etc.? Some programs recommend eating egg whites for protein, but unless the omega-3s are in the whole egg, there would be no point in buying those special ones. thanks, wuzzette
