I plugged in some of my food log entries. I'm not as high fat as I thought I was. My daily totals oscillate between 15% <=> 17% fat. It looks like I would drop to 10% or below if I reduced my nut,seed, and soy intake. You were right about that experiment you ask people to do. I have been slack on vegetable intake on some of my old food log entries, but close to your fat intake recommendations. Yet, I still did close to 90% or better for the default vitamin and mineral recommendations.
