Thank you for your comments. It is great to get some reassurance from an educated professional familiar with the true benefits of nutritional excellence such as yourself. Its sad that most "experts" in the medical community just don't have a clue as to the healing powers of the human body when simply fed "real food" - i.e. lots of unprocessed fruits, vegetables, beans, limited whole grains and a few raw nuts and seeds (high nutrient/calorie density), while avoiding processed and animal foods (low nutrient density). And most of these same "experts" would shudder at the thought of simply not eating for a while to treat illness: "Fasting? Why that's starving man! Why would anyone in their right mind want to do THAT!?" I wonder if and when they will ever wake up?
