Used to pretty much depend on soymilk, unsweetened, for cooking and such, then decided that along with the tofu I was eating maybe I shouldn't eat that much soy. So I have been trying things like Almond milk and hemp milk to make my breakfast shakes and so forth. I always use the plain or unsweetened, what do you think about them as far as nutrition? They all have calcium and some have B-12, the hemp milk has omega 3's but I only use that occasionally. Do you think these "milks" are OK to use?
