I read time and time again that fruit is very healthy although it contains fructose which is very dangerous as a food additive. What is the reason that fructose is bad as HFCS and healthy as a natural part of the fruits and vegetables?

My family eats a vegan diet and consumes very little processed food. Most of the food we eat is fresh fruits and vegetables. I love to cook and fresh fruit or vegetables make a good quick snack.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants to know why is fructose bad as an additive, but healthy as a naturally occuring part of most fruits and vegetables.
