I gave up milk when I was young after reading "information" that I now know to be, for lack of a better term "make-believe". I never went back, having felt better. There are a few people out there who focus on being anti-milk, but some of them have very bad reputations for several reasons....including veracity. I wouldn't mind knowing real, scientifically backed up reasons, for avoiding dairy ( eggs too ) from a health perspective. I don't think you should repeat information other people have done ( well, maybe in that nifty book you are working on :) ). How about just a list of reasons? We can then research it ourselves. This is what I know, as far as real reasons to avoid dairy: 1. It is one of the top allergenic foods 2. The proteins may contribute to cancer
