I don't use it but am curious - Recommendations promoting the use of fructose say its better because it has a lower Glycemic Index and is sweeter so you use less. Then I see a study saying it raises triglycerides. Does the lower "dose" of fructose equal the effect of a full serving of table sugar (on triglycerides) or is it worse?
I do use agave nectar and just read that its better if used alone and worse if combined with other simple carbohydrates.
