Greetings all

This board has been open and active now for one month and just wanted to say a big thanks to Jeff and Sabrina Nelson for creating it.

And, more importantly, a HUGE thanks to all of you who have taken the time to post questions and interact here.

I have enjoyed spending time here answering your questions and discussing health with you and look forward to spending more time and lots more interaction.

May we all be healthier because of it.
