Hi Jeff, I find this sort of thing very confusing: In your Sept 08 blog, entitled "too much success?" in your conclusions about the basic principles of healthy living, you state, "And you don't need fancy or exotic foods, super foods or supplements or expensive and elaborate fitness equipment." Yet I also have in my hand a piece you wrote entitled, "Following the Pritikin Eating Plan When You Are a Vegan", in which you discuss possible concerns and recommend supplements of B12, Vit D and DHA. So...do I need supplements or not?? Please don't see me as being argumentative; this is something I really feel like I need to know in order to be my healthiest self. Thank you.
