my blood pressure runs somewhere around 90/60 most of the time and i eat minimal amounts of packaged or processed food BUT when i make certain foods like chili or fried potatoes i like to add lots of salt. are there other health reasons besides high blood pressure to reduce your sodium intake? and doesn't sodium relate to potassium in some way? for some reason i have always believed that a high potassium intake meant that your body can handle a higher sodium intake. ~erin
