I have found that when I eat consistently healthy and cut out all refined sugars, fruit becomes a much more satisfying treat than any doughnut or other junk food. A juicy ripe piece of mango, peach or pineapple becomes a delicious treat that I have absolutely no feelings of guilt over. Find other ways to reward yourself other than junk food. When you eat healthy, it ceases to be a treat. You taste the grease and will feel sick afterwards.
