Interesting.. I just got this email from a recent "patient" to me, this is a treat... to hear about someone enjoying a new treat. Quoting... "I think I told you we were going to Canada Heli Hiking. I could not have made the trip at my old weight and fitness level. After the second day the guides approached me and said that I was very fit and ask if I wanted to climb the next day. Like with ropes and (stuff). I did, it was amazing. I was so scared I would run out of gas. I didn’t and as we were sitting on the glacier waiting for the helicopter I ask how we did from a time stand point. He said we were the fastest group this season. I had 20 something people in my group. We beat one group by two hours. Each of the six days we hiked about 10 miles up and down. I felt great the entire trip. ....... The lodge made me special meals and lunches each day. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to be healthy at 60."
