Hi Jeff, I like what you have to say and I think it makes sense. My question is about unhealthy treats (you know, cookies, doughnuts, french fries, etc.) ... trying to find the middle ground between healthy eating and not feeling deprived.

Obviously the optimum eating plan would include no unhealthy foods, but if I do include them, what's a reasonable amount? One serving a week? One serving a month? One serving a day? (yeah, right)
