Thanks for the taking the time to produce the very thorough and interesting answer.

If you ever find the time it would be a service to the world to release your video to youtube. If you search on "low fat" on the web you will find next to nothing but people bashing the diet. They will claim it does not work, it makes people fat, it was a government conspiracy, etc. While those people may be morons they have a huge web presence and I think there is a spot in the human genome for being predisposed for believing superstitions about nutrition.

Your video which explains why low fat diets "didn't work" would clear up a lot of confusion and might even draw more business to your center.

Not to mention saving lives by convincing people not to live off pork rinds and bacon
