Good Call!! I wouldnt "brag" about "Braggs". Their label is somewhat misleading.. Lets put it into perspective.. 1 TB regular Soy Sauce = ~ 1000 mgs of sodium 1 TB "lite" Soy Sauce = ~ 600-700 mgs of sodium 1 TB Bragss = 660 mgs of sodium They get you cause they list the serving size as a tsp and the sodium per tsp as 220. But, when we level the playing field, we see its about the same as "lite" sodium soy sauce, which is still pretty high. but, remember, if you use as a condiment and watch your total ratios and intake, it can be used. Just dont think of it as something special or salt free. in Health Jeff
