I've been dealing with some breast issues over the last five years, and don't want to get to the point of having to have surgery in the future. I've eat very well, exercise religously, and do all the right things. However, I do have a sweet tooth. I'm wondering how important cutting back sugar is to further improving my health profile. What is an acceptable amount of added sugar per day?
