Hey I had it before when I was younger but I just
went to a doctor and got a cream for it that cleared
it right up in a few days but I'm guessing by what
you said you are only looking for natural treatments
so I skimmed around and found this information for
you. Good Luck! Hopefully it works it sounds like
some have had success with these.

Use natural oils and extracts to clear up ringworm.
Use grape seed extract by rubbing it against the
infected area, and then cover with a bandage or
breathable cotton patch. The grape seed extract, if
not diluted slightly, may irritate the skin
Rub tea tree oil onto the infection to dry it out
and clear up the infection. If the tea tree oil
itches, mix it with some coconut or olive oil.
Rub vinegar into the skin a few times a day to clear
up the fungus.
Mix sea salt or Epson salts in your bath water. This
helps dry out the areas of the infection, removing
the ringworm from the body.

And for cats sorry to say most places said go to the
vet for meds and cream since it will clear up on
it's own in a few months in a healthy cat but it's
highly contagious as you've found out. So whatever
path you chose, to wait it out or go to the vet, be
sure to wear gloves around your cat, wash often and
pretty much avoid contact. I've also heard 1 part
bleach 10 parts water in a spray bottle works fairly
well on pets with ring worm.

Best of luck to you!
