Thanks for this important info. If you google Nuts and Omega 3 you get such a positive response on how much O3 is in certain nuts. None say that there is much more O6 than O3. So I thought wow! This is good! (Is this fair?) I had trochanteric bursitis. I live healthy to my knowledge which includes about 3 handfuls of nuts a day. Within days of adding 5 capsules of quality O3 to my diet (and reducing the nuts) the inflammation in the bursitis improved. Does this make sense. O3 is apparently anti inflammatory and O6 is pro inflammatory. It seemed to work for me. THANKS Ivan
