Yes, nuts do have out of kilter omega 6 to 3 ratios
but there's nothing wrong with nuts (or food in
general) containing higher saturated fats. We need
more saturated fats, not less! You can get them from
avocados and coconuts for starters. And we can try to
balance it out by having more omega 3s.
The low-fat, high 'healthy' wholegrains dictate has
helped lead us to the sad state of health we have
now, all around the world, where people are eating
this way.
