The only way to find out for sure is to ask one of the bartenders or
bar managers there. The Zero-Proof is their non alcoholic
beverages. My guess is they carbonate it, but I dont know for
sure.

Ruby Tuesdays does have a great salad bar that you can get a great
salad at.

Personally, I think it is a good idea for us to 'eat" our food and not
"drink" it.
