Hello Jeff. I bought and watched your DVD Fast Food. I have to
say it is great. I'm a big fan of keeping things simple and
your DVD fits right in with that. It's a method that keeps
prep time to a minimum.

I especially like the idea of buying frozen green to add to
any dish. I've always bought these huge bags of kale and
struggled to use it all before it perished. I normally add my
green to salad so mostly I ate them raw. But with your method
I could increase the volume I eat of greens without worrying
about wasting any.

I've always found your DVDs entertaining but having the girls
join you on this one makes it better as they taste test every
meal. Job well done. Keep them coming.
