I've read too many things about soy and how most of the soy products are GMO to continue consuming it. I'd take a page from the book of the Asian cultures and stick with fermented soy products. That's mostly what they consume. Its your choice. I've made mine! p.s. I've also read Pollen's In Defense of Food. R
