Hi Bethany Enjoy the CRON O Meter, its a great tool. First of all, thank you for mentioning the CRON-o-Meter in a prior post. I have downloaded it and love it! The Kavli Crispbread Crispy Thin pass all my guidelins and there are several varities that do. Try the Sesame Rye also. >>I thought these would be okay to eat with a soup dish as long as one serving was eaten. What do you think? Sounds good to me. Crackers, even if they are whole grain are fairly calorie dense. So, like you mentioned, if you consume them, do so, with other foods that are low in calorie density, so you are less likely to overeat on them. And, as you found out, be careful. It is always BUYER BEWARE. Not only can different varities have vastly different nutritional profiles, you also have to keep checking a product that passes, as company do occasionally change ingredients and formulas, and dont often indicate it on the label when they do. In Health Jeff
