Jeff, First of all, thank you for mentioning the CRON-o-Meter in a prior post. I have downloaded it and love it! Next, what do you think about the Kavli Crispbread Crispy Thin. Here's the Nutritional Facts: - Serving Size: 3 pieces - Calories: 50 - CFF: 0 - Fat: 0 - Sodium: 45 - Total Carb: 11 - Fiber: 2 - Sugars: 1 - Protein: 1 This product passes the fat test and the sodium test. I am not sure about the ingredient test. Here are the ingredients: Whole rye flour, water, sugar, salt. I thought these would be okay to eat with a soup dish as long as one serving was eaten. What do you think? As a side note, the health store also had another Garlic brand of Kavli crackers. You are so right about reading the Nutritional Facts and Ingredient Lists. I figured due to garlic's healthy properties, that the garlic ones would probably be more healthy...until I looked at the Nutritional Facts. They (also SS - 3 pieces) have 50 calories, 5 CFF, 1 gram fat, and 115 g sodium. Wow! I passed those up. So, do the Crispy Thin kind pass your ingredient test? Thanks, Bethany
