>>Every morning I cook one cup of oats in two cups of Almond Breeze, unsweetened, almond milk and eat it with a cup of fruit. I recommend that non-dairy beverages like almond, rice and soy milk be used only as a condiment. So, a ounce or two on your cereal or as part of a recipe. I do not recommend drinking (or using) them by the cup or glass. I recommend cooking oatmeal in water. >>I also have difficulty digesting nuts unless prepared as a butter. I have used Almond and Sunflower seed butters. What is the portion I should eat of nut butters? Thank you? Ken
Since nut butters are only ground up nuts, the portion would be the same. Make sure they are free from any other added ingredients as often you may find added oils In Health Jeff
