Yeah dude, I also love the way Novick teaches what he believes in is best for human health, in a non-judgemental way. His humour is something I appreciate a lot, reminds us of the relaxed way to teach positive (but hard) changes for us and our behaviors, and to know that perfection is not something you reach, but something that guides the way. Let's keep becoming the best "me" we can become... no one should know you better than yourself.
