Thanks for all the great work you put out. Its great stuff to share with folk
looking for answers.

One question, I get asked if your a vegan or not, Im assuming both you and John
are not? It doesnt matter really to me as I say to my SAD eating mates, 'this
McDougall dude aint even a vegan but he promotes a vegan diet as the best for
human health!!'
