Subject:	Canned Beans: question for Jeff.

Jeff, I was wondering what the disadvantages of canned beans are over
making them fresh. I am speaking of a healthful brand like Eden no salt
added beans. What would be the advantages of eating fresh cooked
beans over these canned beans?
Thank you for your time and insight. I am very busy and love the
convenience of the canned foods, but don't want to short-change myself. I
eat a healthy array of fresh fruits and vegetables, but I don't like to spend
the time cooking beans as they take so long.
