I do not recommend any mainstream diet book. while some may be better than others, none of them are excellent. What I recommend is following the principles and guidelines of health which include a diet based on unrefined, unprocessed, low fat plant foods as grown in nature. These include fresh/frozen fruits, veggies, starchy veggies, intact whole grains, legumes with a limited amount of nuts/seeds/avocados. In Health Jeff
