First, I never met a sweet corn on the cob that needed anything. :)

Mashed Avocado- good for all three
Fresh Salsa - good for all three
Mashed banana - good for #2
Fresh Nut Butter - good for #1 &2
Thinned out tahini with lemon juice - good for #1 and #3.

Just some ideas for you to consider. Many more out there.

Personally, I have found that over time, natural whole foods like corn and potatoes become more and more delicous and need less and less of anything to make them taste good.

Keep moving in that direction.
