Sorry to hear about your husbands advancing situation. As you can see, there is no better time to pay attention to our health then right now, because if we are not, we can slowly lose it over time.

There are many excellent resources at the homepage of this website, along with links to several doctors who promote this type of regime. I would recommend you seek out their website, books, DVD's and other material to help you get started. You can probably find many of them at your local library also.

This is a great place to start with many free resources.
