You ask some great questions most of which would take more time, space and energy for in this forum. However, again, you are welcome to read all my online writings which are easily accessible at several websites. In addition, I would recommend you look at the ongoing studies on centenarians and the aging research in both humans and animals. I would encourage you to also spend some time researching these issues and/or joining the discussion groups on these topics. In addition, as you may know, the we all have online access to the National Library of Medicine. The comment I make in regard to limiting physical activity comes from the CR research. Those who exercised more did not live any longer or even as long. However, physical activity does offer us some benefits for living in the real world though including strength, bone health, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and endurance. The majority of all these benefits can be obtained by performing the right amounts and types of activity, and within about 30 minutes on most days. In Health Jeff
