Hi Jeff, I've based most of my daily caloric intake in fruit for a few years now and I've got health improvements. I try everyday to eat as many greens as I can too. Nevertheless I wonder about malnutrition, disbalance or something like that. I've read your books, posts and seen your DVD's and know you can't consult me here but sometimes I wonder how I can be sure I'm doing the right thing and not going into a hidden long-term deficiency. Are there tests you can recommend? I like this practical and sweet lifestyle and through hearing you, Fuhrman and McDougall I include some cooked beans, veggies and grains once i a while, mainly at dinner, yet less that 10% by calorie low fat. Sometimes I think I'm too thin and would like to gain more muscle yet not sacrifice my health eating animal products. Some more specific questions would be this: How much percentage of protein is needed for health and what about the AA balance in fruit? I just need to know how much fruit is more than healthy since I don't want be overeating it. What kind of symptoms do I get if I restrict my diet to just fruits for some time? This last year (2009) I had some tooth decalcification issues (according to my dentist) and my attempt of remedy has been to clean them more effectively and thoroughly, even through irrigation but don't know if this problem is inner (too much sugar from fruit?, malnutrition?) or outer (microorganisms out of control). Thanks a lot for your help and knowledge. Sorry if I made too many questions.
