Thanks Jeff, for your insights.

I saw another interesting study done on British men, showed that vegetarians have lower rates of cancer overall, except for colon cancer. Like you mentioned, showed that fruit and vegetable consumption was about the same between the two groups. I been wondering what else could they really be eating. Maybe they were eating too much seitan? That stuff really binds you. Now there is a link that needs to be investigated; gluten and colon cancer.
