Subject:         Is whole wheat flour any Bad?

Hi Jeff,

I know wheat flour products can be calorie dense and make it much more difficult to lose weight that's why for e.g. bread is restricted on maximum weight loss

Let's say weight is not an issue for me but Cardiovascular disease is an issue from me, is it ok to get 10% of calories from whole wheat flour without any added fats? or there is something in the process when you grind the wheat kernels that might be detrimental to health
