1) all plant foods are high in nutrient density and a plant based diet (even without sprouts) will meet all your nutrient needs
2) The enzyme theory is false. We make the enzymes we need. 3) While sprouts may be easy to grow, so is many other food you can grow organically in your house and/or home, and/or yard. 4) Sprouts are not partially digested. Sprouts are not a miracle food, nor are they essential or required as part of a healthy diet/lifestyle. If you want to include them as part of your diet, then please do so and enjoy them.
