Hi April It was great so see you at the Expo. Time went way to fast during the cooking demo. Here is the "basic" recipe. Curried Potato Cauliflower.. - 2 to 3 Baked Potatoes, cut into chunks - 1 28 oz Can Whole Tomatoes, No Salt Added - 1 14 oz Eden Foods Garbanzo Beans, No Salt Added - 1 lb Frozen Cauliflower - 1/2 lb Frozen Peas - 1/4 lb Frozen Collards - Curry Powder to taste Put everything in a pot, bring to a boil, let simmer 10 minutes and you are done. Top with Fresh Cilantro if you want. In Health Jeff
