HI Jeff,

It was great to see you at the Expo last weekend!!
You and the girls didn't end up making the curry dish that you talked about during the food demo Sunday did you? Or did I just miss that somehow? The two other dishes are a piece of cake...don't need a recipe. But the curry dish I'm a little confused about. Can you send me a quick summary of that recipe? I would so much appreciate it!
