Thanks for your excellent advice! I found your post humorous until I thought of all the people who will buy those expensive junk foods and think they are eating healthy. Guess it is actually sad.

Your reply makes me happy that I actually passed them by today and ate a peach and nectarine for dessert at supper tonight. When trying so hard to eat healthy, it is just not worth eating junk for dessert when such tasty fruit abounds.
