Hi Jeff! I've been using the Cron-o-meter for a few months. You know how it usually lists the measurement of the food by cup but also by weight? A lot of times when I weigh the food, it comes out completely different from the cup measurement. For raw kale, it says 1 cup chopped = 67 grams. I'm getting more like 2.5 cups for that weight. Which do you think is more accurate? With that measurement, an entire bunch of kale with stems removed is only giving me 360mg of calcium. That seems low for its reputation. Thanks :) PS I gave up on the no beans thing, I was starting to gain weight and having too many cravings without them. Starting off with lentil soup and I seem to be doing alright.
