I am 24-yrs.old and I am gluten and dairy intolerant and so stay away from those foods. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, very little fish and chicken (only in restaurants), and fix most meals myself to be sure they are dairy & gluten-free. Do you think that I may not be absorbing the nutrients in the good food I am eating? I have been seeing a Chinese herbalist for the past 5 months to help with digestion, but it is not helping . Do I need a probiotic and/or digestive enzyme? If so, what would you recommend? If not, what could be the problem? Thanks,
