I know you all probably rolled your eyes in disgust to see this post here, as we all know it's easy to get enough protein in a vegan diet, but how about when you're also gluten and bean free? I am still on a restricted calorie (1500) diet til the last 10 comes off at least, and I'm having a hard time finding enough protein without going over on calories. I eat oatmeal, brown rice, potatoes, and corn almost every day, along with lots of veggies and some fruit, and one small serving of a fat (nuts or avocado). If I do make it to 50g I feel like I'm eating all day. Can anyone help me?
