Subject:         Mr Spice sauces

I use a couple of these sauces to spice up cooked veggies. I already know they would pass your criteria for fat and sodium; my concern is with what you will say about the sugars. The one I'm going to post is called Ginger Stir-Fry sauce:

Water,apple cider vinegar,honey,ginger puree,garlic puree,lime juice,pineapple,onion,natural spices and flavors,rice starch,natural xanthan gum, and select ginger powder

15 calories per Tbl. 0 fat, 0 sodium,4gr sugar
